State Autodialer Law

What State Autodialer Laws govern autodialing and prerecorded messages?

Many states restrict or prohibit autodialing generally.  Even if the federal rules would allow you to autodial, you must follow the more-restrictive rule if a state rule is tougher.  Indiana, for example, prohibits autodialing to its residents.  Therefore, when calling Indiana, even if you are compliant with federal autodialer laws, you must follow the Indiana autodialer law rule.  Some of the many State Autodialer Laws and state autodialer regulations are listed below.* To speak with a qualified Autodialer Attorney, please contact us. Click here to watch a short video about Autodialers.
